Ashley you should get a blue eyeliner, I think it would compliment your eyes really nicely. Although black could work nicely too. Hope this helps!

Hey marisa I have blue eyes too, and fair skin and blonde hair. Black eyeliner usually doesn’t look good on me, so instead I wear it at night to my school dances. I would recommend a brown during the day, because the brown really makes the blue pop! As for night, you can experiment with black and even navy or aqua blue they both will make your eyes stand out.
